Tradition Mutual Insurance has donated $100,000 towards the building of the West Perth Village. The new West Perth Village will be a seniors’ community that will be a blend of the Ritz Lutheran Villa and the Mitchell Nursing Home, all located in a country setting.

The facility will aim to be a bright and spacious location filled with community and culture. The village will be divided into four units each with 32 beds, lounges, separate dining areas, and activity areas.  Each of these four units will be designed to feel like its own neighbourhood.

A long-term care facility should not feel like an institution; it should be full of care and compassion where the seniors feel included in the community that they are a part of. Tradition is honoured to be able to contribute to this project. Seniors helped shape the communities, they are our loved ones and deserve a place, such as the West Perth Village, that they can call home.
