Important Notice – Canada Post Strike
We understand the issues that could arise during the current Canada Post strike. If you recently sent a payment in through Canada Post, and feel it may be stuck in transit, please reach out to your agent or broker to discuss alternate arrangements.
Should you wish to make a payment through alternative means, please consider one of the following:
- Through your online bill payments through your bank account (we do not accept e-transfers at this time)
- Drop it off at our office during our business hours of 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday
- You can pay by credit card, debit card, cash, or cheque at our office
- Or contact your agent or broker to get set up on preauthorized payments
If you need further assistance or wish to receive correspondence regarding your policy through email, please contact your agent or broker.
